What to Check
- Missing prerequisite references: Concept used without "Recall from Module N..."
- Missing forward references: Concept introduced that will be expanded later without "We explore this in Module N..."
- Missing lateral references: Related concepts in the same chapter not cross-linked
- Orphan sections: Sections with no incoming or outgoing references
- Broken references: References to sections, figures, or modules that do not exist
